Doug started out early in retail working as a mechanic and store manager in Arizona and the later in the Bay area from 1976 thru 1989 and then joined the Motorola cycling team in Europe. In 1993 after getting married in Belgium he and Wife Nancy moved back to his home in Arizona and started DDR Sales Inc. Together Nancy and Douglas have represented some of the leading brands in the Outdoor and Cycling industries.

Nancy worked originally as a Nurse in her home country of Belgium. Nancy’s exposure to cycling and sport began in Flanders “the heart of the spring cycling classics”. After moving to the states she works closely with her husband and business partner building DDR Sales Inc. Nancy’s strong admin skill have been a solid asset to the DDR Sales team.
